This year we welcome you

travelled for one month
to San Sebastian,
one of the culinary capitals of
Europe and home of the new
inventive Spanish cuisine

He worked with celebrated chefs
and did an internship with
a Michelin star restaurant
and one of Spain’s most
celerated Tapa bars

The restaurant Alameda at the
outskirts of San Sebastian
is a leader of reinventing traditional
receipes in a contemporary avatar.

One of the highlights of his stay was a
joint dinner at one of San Sebastian’s
culinary socities, cooking clubs for
men only.
He joined an exclusive group of chef’s
and prepared with them a dinner as a
culinaray dialogue between Keralan
and Spanish cuisine.
Gaining new friends, Chef Manoj
added a new culinary vocaulary to
his skills.
